Terms and Conditions of Service

Last Updated: August 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Fellow Travelers website or booking, purchasing, registering for, or participating in travel, events, experiences, or other services offered through Gonzales Lifestyle Group LLC d/b/a Fellow Travelers.

Gonzales Lifestyle Group LLC d/b/a Fellow Travelers (“Fellow Travelers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Washington, DC limited liability company operating the Fellow Travelers brand and as a Dream Vacations / World Travel Holdings franchise. Fellow Travelers curates, markets, coordinates, and facilitates travel experiences and related services. Certain travel reservations, payments, and other travel services may be booked, processed, or fulfilled through Dream Vacations, World Travel Holdings, and/or independent third-party travel suppliers.

These Terms govern your use of FellowTravelers.LGBT (the “Website”) and, where applicable, your purchase of or participation in Fellow Travelers travel services, journeys, events, and experiences.

By accessing or using the Website, submitting a reservation or registration, making a payment, or participating in a Fellow Travelers journey, event, or experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or purchase or participate in services offered through Fellow Travelers.

1. Travel Services and Pricing

Fellow Travelers offers curated group journeys, travel planning, accommodations, transportation, excursions, activities, events, and other travel-related services.

Pricing varies by journey and is based on the accommodations, transportation, activities, services, and other components included in the applicable itinerary or proposal.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are quoted per person in U.S. dollars.

The specific inclusions and exclusions applicable to each journey or service will be identified in the applicable itinerary, proposal, registration materials, booking confirmation, invoice, or other travel documents.

Prices and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Fellow Travelers reserves the right to correct typographical, computational, or other errors in published or quoted pricing before final payment or confirmation.

2. Fellow Travelers, Dream Vacations, and World Travel Holdings

Gonzales Lifestyle Group LLC operates the Fellow Travelers brand as a Dream Vacations / World Travel Holdings franchise.

Fellow Travelers provides travel planning, group coordination, itinerary development, marketing, traveler communications, and related services under the Fellow Travelers brand.

Travel reservations and transactions may also be made or processed through Dream Vacations and World Travel Holdings systems and may be subject to additional terms, conditions, privacy policies, supplier agreements, and booking requirements.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms applicable to a particular travel supplier, reservation, or transaction processed through Dream Vacations or World Travel Holdings, the terms governing the applicable reservation or supplier service may control with respect to that component of the trip.

3. Payments and Credit Card Processing

Credit card charges associated with travel reservations may be processed through World Travel Holdings, Dream Vacations, the applicable travel supplier, and/or another authorized payment processor, as identified during the reservation process.

Fellow Travelers may securely collect or facilitate the collection of payment information for the purpose of completing authorized travel transactions. Fellow Travelers does not independently process a travel payment when the applicable transaction is processed through Dream Vacations, World Travel Holdings, a third-party travel supplier, or another authorized payment processor.

By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable entity to charge the amount you have approved in accordance with your reservation, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation terms.

Charges appearing on your credit card or financial statement may identify Dream Vacations, World Travel Holdings, the applicable travel supplier, or another authorized payment processor rather than Fellow Travelers.

Travelers should provide payment information only through payment methods or systems designated for the applicable transaction.

4. Deposits and Payment Schedules

Certain journeys and services require a deposit to secure a reservation.

The amount of the deposit and the applicable payment schedule will be disclosed before booking or registration.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, deposits are nonrefundable once a reservation has been confirmed.

Additional interim payments or a final payment may be required by specified deadlines. Failure to make a required payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of amounts previously paid, subject to the cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

Individual travel suppliers may impose their own deposit and payment requirements, which will also apply to the applicable portion of your reservation.

5. Cancellations by the Traveler

Cancellation policies vary by journey because Fellow Travelers may contract with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, cruise lines, activity providers, restaurants, venues, and other suppliers on behalf of a group.

The cancellation schedule applicable to your particular journey will be disclosed during the booking or registration process or in your booking confirmation, proposal, invoice, trip-specific terms, or other travel documents.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, deposits and other amounts designated as nonrefundable are not refundable if you cancel.

Any refund available following cancellation will be determined by the applicable trip-specific cancellation schedule and the cancellation policies of the travel suppliers involved.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Fellow Travelers in writing. The effective cancellation date will be the date Fellow Travelers receives the written request.

Failure to participate in any portion of an itinerary, including because of late arrival, early departure, missed transportation, illness, injury, failure to obtain appropriate travel documentation, or a personal decision not to participate, does not entitle the traveler to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by Fellow Travelers or an applicable supplier.

6. Changes or Cancellation by Fellow Travelers

Fellow Travelers reserves the right to modify an itinerary when reasonably necessary because of circumstances including, but not limited to, supplier availability, weather, safety considerations, transportation disruptions, insufficient participation, governmental actions or restrictions, public health circumstances, events beyond our reasonable control, or other operational considerations.

When reasonably possible, Fellow Travelers will seek to provide a comparable alternative when a scheduled accommodation, activity, excursion, transportation service, or other component becomes unavailable.

Fellow Travelers also reserves the right to cancel a journey or service when reasonably necessary.

If Fellow Travelers cancels an entire journey before departure, travelers will be informed of the refund, credit, rebooking, or other options available based upon amounts recoverable from the applicable suppliers and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Fellow Travelers is not responsible for nonrefundable airfare, independently booked accommodations, transportation, activities, trip extensions, or other expenses incurred outside the arrangements made through Fellow Travelers unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel involves financial risk, including the possibility of cancellation, interruption, delay, illness, injury, medical emergencies, lost or delayed baggage, transportation disruption, and other unexpected circumstances.

Unless expressly stated in writing, travel insurance is not included in the price of a Fellow Travelers journey.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms, conditions, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and coverage limitations of any travel insurance policy they purchase.

When a particular Fellow Travelers journey requires travel insurance, the applicable requirement will be communicated in the trip-specific booking or registration materials.

Fellow Travelers does not guarantee that any particular loss, event, expense, or circumstance will be covered by a travel insurance policy.

8. Passports, Visas, Health Requirements, and Travel Documentation

Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they possess all documentation required for their journey, including valid passports, visas, government-issued identification, entry or transit permits, vaccination or health documentation, and any other documents required by governmental authorities, transportation providers, or travel suppliers.

Travelers are strongly advised to ensure that their passport remains valid for at least six months beyond the start date of their trip, as many international destinations impose passport-validity requirements.

Each traveler is responsible for confirming the specific passport, visa, entry, transit, health, immigration, and documentation requirements applicable to their destination and individual circumstances before departure.

Governmental requirements may change without notice.

Fellow Travelers is not responsible for a traveler being denied boarding, entry, transit, participation, or other services because of expired, insufficient, missing, incorrect, or otherwise improper travel documentation.

9. Traveler Responsibilities and Conduct

Fellow Travelers journeys are designed to foster an enjoyable, welcoming, respectful, and inclusive group environment.

Travelers are expected to treat fellow travelers, staff, suppliers, guides, local residents, and others with respect; comply with applicable laws; follow reasonable safety instructions; and avoid conduct that threatens, harasses, intimidates, or materially interferes with others.

Fellow Travelers reserves the right to remove a participant from an activity, event, or journey when the participant's behavior creates a significant safety concern, materially disrupts the experience of the group, constitutes harassment or threatening behavior, violates applicable law, or otherwise seriously interferes with the operation of the journey.

A traveler removed for such conduct may be responsible for resulting transportation, accommodation, or other expenses and may not be entitled to a refund for unused services.

10. Physical Activities and Assumption of Travel Risk

Certain Fellow Travelers journeys may include physical, recreational, cultural, social, or outdoor activities such as walking, hiking, swimming, cycling, pickleball, boating, fitness activities, wellness programs, festivals, nightlife, sporting activities, or other experiences.

Participation is voluntary.

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically and otherwise capable of participating safely in an activity and should consult an appropriate medical professional when they have questions concerning their ability to participate.

Travel inherently involves risks, uncertainties, inconveniences, and circumstances that cannot be completely eliminated or controlled.

Depending upon the journey, such risks may include circumstances arising from physical or recreational activities; transportation by air, rail, vehicle, vessel, bicycle, or on foot; uneven terrain, elevation, weather, heat, cold, altitude, or environmental conditions; festivals, sporting events, nightlife, crowds, and public gatherings; food, beverages, alcohol consumption, allergies, and dietary considerations; illness, injury, communicable disease, medical emergencies, or limitations in access to medical care; crime, theft, civil disturbance, governmental action, labor disruption, or political conditions; wildlife, natural hazards, severe weather, and natural disasters; delays, cancellations, missed connections, lost baggage, supplier failures, or transportation interruptions; and other circumstances inherent in domestic and international travel.

By choosing to participate, travelers acknowledge and voluntarily assume the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with travel and the activities they choose to undertake.

Each traveler remains responsible for exercising reasonable judgment, following applicable laws and safety instructions, and determining whether a particular activity is appropriate for their abilities and individual circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

11. Independent Third-Party Travel Suppliers

Hotels, airlines, cruise lines, transportation companies, tour operators, guides, restaurants, activity providers, venues, and other suppliers providing components of a journey are independent third parties.

Except where expressly stated otherwise, these suppliers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or controlled entities of Gonzales Lifestyle Group LLC d/b/a Fellow Travelers.

Fellow Travelers does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and cannot guarantee their acts, omissions, schedules, operations, representations, financial condition, safety practices, availability, or performance.

Travel services provided by third parties may be subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions, cancellation policies, privacy policies, safety requirements, liability limitations, and other contractual provisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fellow Travelers is not responsible for the negligent acts, omissions, defaults, failures, delays, cancellations, representations, or other conduct of an independent supplier when Fellow Travelers neither controls nor is legally responsible for that conduct.

Nothing in this provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Fellow Travelers, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or public health events, governmental actions or restrictions, civil unrest, war or terrorism, strikes or labor disruptions, transportation cancellations or interruptions, border or airport closures, supplier failures, infrastructure failures, venue or attraction closures, or other extraordinary or unforeseeable circumstances.

Fellow Travelers will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and identify appropriate alternatives when circumstances permit but cannot guarantee that every advertised activity, accommodation, destination, transportation service, or other component will remain available.

Additional expenses resulting from circumstances outside Fellow Travelers' reasonable control may be the responsibility of the traveler.

13. Traveler's Independent Arrangements

Fellow Travelers is not responsible for airfare, transportation, accommodations, activities, reservations, insurance, trip extensions, or other arrangements purchased or made independently by a traveler unless Fellow Travelers expressly agreed in writing to arrange or provide the applicable service.

Fellow Travelers is not responsible for losses arising from a traveler's late arrival, early departure, missed transportation, independently changed travel plans, failure to possess required documentation, decision not to participate in an included activity, or other independent actions or arrangements outside Fellow Travelers' reasonable control.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that independently booked arrangements are compatible with the applicable Fellow Travelers itinerary.

14. Website Availability, Accuracy, and Reliance

Fellow Travelers makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information on the Website. However, travel information is inherently subject to change.

Pricing, availability, schedules, accommodations, activities, destinations, transportation services, supplier offerings, entry requirements, governmental regulations, weather conditions, and other information may change without notice.

Fellow Travelers reserves the right to correct errors, update information, and modify or discontinue Website content at any time.
