5. How We Share Personal Information
Travel requires coordination among multiple companies and service providers. We may share personal information when reasonably necessary to arrange, administer, or provide requested services.

Their handling of information may also be subject to their applicable privacy policies and practices.
Travel Suppliers
We may provide necessary traveler information to hotels and other accommodations, airlines, cruise lines, transportation providers, tour operators, destination management companies, guides, excursion providers, restaurants, event venues, activity providers, travel insurance providers, and other suppliers necessary to fulfill requested travel services.
We seek to share only information reasonably necessary for the supplier to provide or administer the applicable service.
Service Providers
We may use third parties to assist with website hosting, email communications, registration, customer relationship management, analytics, marketing, information technology, payment facilitation, document management, and other business functions.
These providers may have access to information as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information we collect, use, or maintain when required or permitted by applicable law, including in response to a subpoena, court order, legal process, or lawful governmental request.
We may also disclose information when we reasonably and in good faith believe disclosure is necessary to protect or enforce our legal rights; protect the safety or security of travelers, employees, suppliers, or others; investigate suspected fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity; respond to governmental or regulatory requests; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business Transactions
If Gonzales Lifestyle Group LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. International Travel and Data Transfers
Travel services frequently require personal information to be transmitted to suppliers located outside the United States.
If you request international travel services, information necessary to arrange or provide those services may be transferred to hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, cruise lines, governmental authorities, and other organizations in countries involved in your itinerary.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in the United States.
Information collected through our Website or services may also be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where Fellow Travelers' service providers, travel suppliers, Dream Vacations, or World Travel Holdings operate.
By requesting international travel arrangements and providing information necessary to make those arrangements, you understand that relevant information may need to be transmitted internationally to fulfill your travel request.
7. Marketing Communications
You may choose to receive emails or other communications from Fellow Travelers regarding upcoming journeys, events, travel opportunities, news, and related information.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option included in the communication or by contacting us.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send transactional or service-related communications concerning an inquiry, reservation, payment, registration, or upcoming journey.
8. Cookies and Analytics
Our Website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate Website features, remember preferences, understand Website usage, measure marketing effectiveness, maintain security, and improve the visitor experience.
Some cookies or technologies may be provided by third-party analytics, website, advertising, or social-media service providers.
Depending on your browser and technologies used on our Website, you may be able to control certain cookies through your browser settings or other privacy controls made available on the Website.
Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of portions of the Website.
9. Information Security
We take the confidentiality and security of personal information seriously and use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle and services we provide.
These measures are intended to help protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
However, no website, electronic communication, database, wireless network, or method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.
Travelers should avoid transmitting passport information, credit card information, or other highly sensitive information through unsecured communication methods when a designated secure method is available.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing travel services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, satisfying contractual obligations, and complying with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, nature of the transaction, supplier requirements, and applicable law.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable law.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a privacy request.
12. Additional Information for European Residents
If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing similar data-protection rights, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning your personal information.
Where applicable, our processing may be necessary to fulfill a contract with you—for example, when you request or purchase travel services—or may be based on another lawful basis described in this Policy.
Because Gonzales Lifestyle Group LLC is based in the United States and provides international travel services, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries outside your country of residence. Those countries may have privacy and data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
You may contact us using the information below to exercise an applicable privacy right.
13. Information About Other Travelers
If you provide personal information about another person—for example, a spouse, partner, friend, roommate, family member, emergency contact, or traveling companion—you represent that you are authorized to provide the information for the applicable travel or service-related purpose.
When appropriate, we encourage each adult traveler to provide their own personal and travel information directly.

Gonzales Lifestyle Group LLC d/b/a Fellow Travelers does not sell personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary compensation.
Certain Website analytics, advertising, or marketing technologies may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar activity under some privacy laws. To the extent such laws apply to our practices, we will provide applicable privacy choices as required by law.
